Shipping Methods
Shipping is via Domestic UPS Ground or USPS. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will require an additional shipping payment not able to be collected at time of purchase. You will be contacted and I will send an additional request to cover remaining shipping.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
We do not refund or exchange after 5 days of receipt of your item. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue that you have with your order. You will be responsible for shipping on any returned items.
Custom orders are not refundable. Under certain circumstances I may be able to re-use the item as long as it is returned undamaged.

Turn around time is 3 - 5 days. Custom orders could take 2 weeks.
